@Virtual_ManPL:
OK, my mistake, I add too much shi… (bad;))&old formats :p (yes KGB is veryyyyy slowww :eek:, in the maximum compression)
.7z OWNS!!! :D
but genaraly I only want that, the PA use in the best compression ratio (Ultra method) in .7z format
method compression: LZMA (I think PA already use this:p)
dictionary size: 64KB - 128MB for dictionary (PA choose the max mem in my comp, I know that 128MB dictionary use 1375MB for compression)
word size: 273 words (for best compression ratio, but I dont know how many PA have this)
because I test 7Zip 4.43 (LZMA,64MB dictionary_,273 words,soild archive) and PA2006 9.63.02(Ultra,soild)
and I saw that, the 7Zip 4.43 better compresed .7z format (1,5%).
I test 708MB with data,pictures(jpg,bmp),music(mp3,wav),some video clips
Please change this options for better compresion ratio like 7Zip:D
in PA help
Things to know about 7-Zip (and its shortcomings)
Due to its strong compression settings, 7-Zip at Ultra setting will take up a large amount of memory - 369 MB (34 MB for decompression)! If you use 7-Zip’s Maximum compression setting, memory usage will go down to 84 MB (10 MB for decompression) and if you use Normal setting, 7-Zip will use 27 MB of your memory and need only 4 MB for decompression.

Hmm…I think PA use small dictionary for better compability with old PC …
And you can use large dictionary size in 7-zip if use virtual memory(pagefile)_
