Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)
I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Include Virtual Drive as standalone in the installer

Hi.
I noticed that when I want to run the Virtual Drive for the first time inside the PowerArchiver Burner it prompts to download it form the internet.
I was wondering, would it be OK to include this utility straight into the offline installer to be able to set it up locally?
Thank you!

Hi @2Flo
At times, we have to update VD separately from PowerArchiver and it works best to keep the installations separate.
We can always provide you with the link to the latest PAVD installation, here is the link to the current latest PAVD installation.
Hope that works.Thanks!

Hi.
Thank you very much for your support!
I do have a question: if a new version of Virtual Drive gets updated, is there a stable link where i can always find the latest update for this tool?
For now i just use trial and error and base my download from the online update check, infer the new file name from the updater if a new version is available, then modify a bookmark link i found according to the latest version, in order to fetch the offline installer for PA virtual drive. Or ask here regularly, which doesn’t seem too pleasant to do repeatedly if a new version is released.
Thank you!
