Please publish latest translation templates

Hi, it would be very kind, if you published the latest translation templates for the current PowerArchiver 2023. So we could complete the translations for the current version. At the moment, at least the Windows 11 context menu and some items in the menus are not translatable at the moment. Kind regards

translations in installer

I downloaded the lastest version and installed it. It started default with “vietnamese”. Strange… I changed trhis to english, but the 3rd stip was not translated [image: 1761035496205-a08345b8-5412-4255-9c58-66f4136ce310-image.png]

Some buttons in "Modern Look" are too small

Hi, some buttons in Modern Look are too small for German translations. Can you size them dynamically, based on the length of the translation? Some Strings in PowerArchiver 2019 are not translatable

Hi, most of the strings in the SmartAI settings dialog are not translatable at the moment: [image: 1563613492155-a84c75bd-b08b-449e-a71d-c9a1599384a3-image.png] I thought I’d get updated language resources before the release. Will you provide updated language resources in the near future?

%APPNAME% should not contain the version

In the translation files, there’s the variable %APPNAME% which is replaced by “PowerArchiver 2018”. But the language texts suggest, that it should only be “PowerArchiver”. That’s not really a translation issue, since even the English text is wrong. See the example: [image: 1541336503949-6f968e62-0089-41bb-a38f-ddba2867e9ad-image.png] There’s no “PowerArchiver 2018 9.xx”, the hint should tell me, that I need PowerArchiver 9.xx or later. I found more occurences where “2018” doesn’t fit, mostly in hints. On some occurences (e.g. the window titles) it makes sense, but isn’t really needed.

German Translation

Hello, I have found a bad typo in PA 2009 Beta 1: Forschaufenster -> Vorschaufenster –------------------------------------------------- And some word (order) suggestions: Neu Archiv -> Neues Archiv Öffnen Archiv -> Öffne Archiv or Archiv öffnen Verschlüsseln Datei -> Datei verschlüsseln Konvertieren Archiv -> Archiv konvertieren Interface -> Oberfäche (if you translate all words into german, why not interface?) Clear History -> Verlauf löschen And please, clearify “Windows benutzen” -> i know, i use Windows ^^

PA2017 translation issues

Errors in Brazilian Portuguese translation

Spanish translation

@spwolf: nobody in the office knows Spanish well enough, you need to compile issues and we will send it to our Spanish translator for fixing. The problem is that there are lots of them. Some parts of the help file are very well translated but others looks like machine translations or they are wrong translated. Could you add the English help file to the international installer? When the English language is selected and you try to open the help file then an error appears. (Can not find PowerArchiver Help. Please reinstall PowerArchiver.). It would be good to have the original help file too. In the interface there are not only translation bugs. You can see what I mean in the attached screenshots. Spanish translation bug

“Options/Select Skin/Default Classic”, the “Default Classic” caption is not properly translated. It should say something like “Clásica por defecto”.

Wrong Spanish translation of the compression options

The Spanish translation of the compression options is a mess. The first compression method is “Deflación (Compatible) (.zipx)”, English translation : Deflate (Compatible) (.zipx).:confused:

A small Spanish translation issue

The “Carpetas favoritas”’s “ncontrar Archivos.” button’s caption should be “Buscar archivos”. The text would fit well in the button and it would be the same translation as the one of the PowerArchiver Help file.
