I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Typing in ExtractTo-Folder-View
Before the newest release, it was possible, like in every folder window of the windows explorer to type partial parts.
If I want to extract to the path d:\winapps\powerarchiver
I could select drive D, press right arrow to open the folderlist, then type “WIN” to get to the folder winapps, then type “POW” to get to powerarchiver folder.
This is now not working at all anymore.
This is annoying, because it is a nice way to find folders.
Yes that would be a great and practical improvement!!
we had to change some parts of PA in 9.0, which is why your feature went out as well. We will try to add it in one of future releases.
Any news about this issue?
This drives me crazy.
No chance to jump in large folderlists :-(
Please try to find a solution.
It will be added with other explorer view improvements in 9.1….
