I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
"Never" replace option in the extraction box
-
when you extract some archives in the same folder, it sometimes happens that there are files with the same name…
so PA will prompt to replace…
YES - NO - CANCEL - ALLwell, sometimes I’d like to say “NEVER” I mean, any time there’s a file with the same name, DO NOT replace it, skip it and keep extracting the other files.
I think this is a missing feature, don’t you agree?
-
yeah this would be a very good addition to the extraction dialog.
BTW
the button ALL should be renamed to “Yes to all”
otherwise it could also mean “No to all” -
you basically want the same function used on passwords in firefox. this gives you the option to remember the password or never or use it just the once.
Same principle can can applied to files.

I’d like to know what spwolf & devs think about this wish ;)

push this topic, so it won’t get lost

I hoped my wish would be granted in the 9.5 version of PA…but I’m running it, and things haven’t changed.
Please!!
Is it not a good idea? :) -
