Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats?
    A

Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)

    Optimize archive on Context Menu
    W

I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.

Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption

I think I posted about this feature a long time ago but I would like to bring it up again!

Sometimes when you Download rar files in parts and try to open them Power Archiver does not allow it because one of the parts has an error.

But Winrar has an option called “keep broken files” which allows you to open the Archives even if they have errors in them.

To test download the 8 parts files below. Power Archiver 2010 and below willl not open the whole thing because of the error. But if I use WinRAR “keep broken files” feature it will open the whole 8 parts.

Can you please add “keep broken files” feature to Power Archiver?

Open up the rar file with WinRAR and click on extract to at the top and under miscellaneous, click “keep broken files” and save wherever you want cd2

Not sure if I am allowed to post these download link here but its the only way i could give you an example to do a test using both WinRAR and Power Archiver.

Cool I really need the “keep broken files” feature! :)

I hope it will not take too long to add.

Here is a screen shot from Winrar showing the “Keep Broken Files” feature.

I really hope PowerArchiver gets the feature sometime soon :)

Without it I can not open a lot of RAR files that have errors. Only way is to install WinRAR which of course I really do not want to since PowerArchiver rules!!

Is there any chance this feature will make it into Power Archiver 2011?

Just yesterday I downloaded some rar files and Power Archiver was unable to unzip it because of errors. So I had to install WinRar again to use their “Keep Broken Files” feature :(

                I want this so bad!!!

I suppose if a competitor has this as a feature then it would only be so wise to implement it. :)

And to me it sounds a good idea to have as i ofton download Torrent files that have split Rar files and I give up when PA tells me its broken! because I can’t be bothered to install yet ANOTHER application to do one thing that PA doesnt.
