I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
PA 2007 : storing settings in portable files
-
Hi,
It would be interesting to register directly in an .ini file or .xml one, rather than in the windows registry or giving the ability to backup/restore PowerArchiver settings
in such a file… (for portability between different computers in a network for example or when we install a new pc from scratch …)
The ability to store settings in the registry or in a portable .ini/.xml file could be optional as we can see in some other program such as EditPadPro (available
at
http://www.editpadpro.com).
(WE could bind this topic to the “creating a U3 package” one of this forum…)
