Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)

    Optimize archive on Context Menu
    W

I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.

Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption

I upgraded to PowerArchiver 2006 and that is really great… but as a better release is always possible I may suggest the following:

Why not to enlarge the domain of processable archives to image (floppy, hard drive) files?

That may be accomplshed by developing a full new product (“PowerImage”) or adding the image processing capabilities to the existing PowerArchiver, may be introducing two options, standard and advanced, with different prices.

In either way, a new product or a two levels single application, the impact on marketing sales may be very impressive as there is no such application to day and the need for image files processing is growing to the virtualization boom that Windows Vista will boost giving up 16 bits subsystem’s support…

This was suggested me by the (read only) iso functionality that is a first step toward an integrated processing of archive-like files.

By the way the products available for image processing are poor both in user’s interface and handling capabilities.

      Best Regards
