[Bug] Ctrl+A does not work in explorer view

When in explorer view it is not possible to select multiple files. Neither the left/right mouse button or any key combination works.
Maybe you forgot to set some properties? :D

It is not possible to drag and drop files from PA when in explorer mode. Neither the tree view or the list view allows drag and drop.

The menu commands Large Icons, Small Icons, List and Details don’t work in explorer view. If I select one of these options the status of the menu command changes but nothing happens with the icons in the explorer view.

The submenu “Arrange Items by” is grayed out in explorer view so that it is impossible to sort the items with keyboard or menu. Also the “Refresh” command is grayed out.

Hi,
thats because they can be only used when archive is open. We will tie them in with Explorer view (w/o archive open) for 9.1.

I have grouped all of the “explorer view” threads into one, for future version wishlist. We had to change our explorer view very close to release date since our old one started having issues in Delphi 7.
There are plenty of missing features in Explorer view, even in addition to ones posted here, and hopefully we will take care of all of them for 9.1.

You mean as in archive paths? Nope, this is only for explorer view, without archive open. But having support for drag & drop of path folders would be nice definetly, and please keep mentioning it :)

I really hope so. This is the ONLY reason why I prefer WinRAR over PA. I’m amazed that so few archivers support something as simple as this. I’d be very pleased if the new PA can do this.

Huge feature missing: pressing a letter on the keyboard doesn’t take you to the folder that begins with that letter. That’s very uncomfortable and annoying. Please…fix it.
