Welcome to the new Plugin forum… Thanks David for giving us idea of posting latest plugins for Total Commander here, that also work with PowerArchiver 2007 and up. You can install these plugins by going to to the PowerArchiver> Options> Configuration> Plugins, selecting plugin location, adding extension (e.g. .msi) and clicking on Add plugin… After that plugin will appear on the list and next time you open that type of file inside PowerArchiver, it will open via that plugin. Any discussion on those plugins can be done in the same thread and original poster can update the original post with new plugin info. Please only ONE PLUGIN PER THREAD. thank you!

Well the Profiling for the type of compression could be indexed on PA’s system as well as the designation of a secured folder etc… so yes all that could be stored into a nice Window within the configuration screen. But obvisoly the outlook plugin would need to have some options available to access else a user is having to open PA everytime he/she needs to create a quick change… if that makes any sense

@new_kid: i am an x86-user and i can not get the plugin to work with outlook 2010 under win 7 pro. i can install it - no problem. when i take a look at my add-ins, i get the same two screens like pjb. so far so good, now my two problems start. first i can not get the plugin to work. when sending an e-mail it does simple nothing. second, it destroyed all other plugins. i can click every add-in i like and always end up with the option dialog from powerarchiver. so, as long as the pa add-in is installed i can not configuer any other add-in. deinstalling the powerarchiver add-in get my other add-ins working again. so, it does not look like a 32/64-bit problem. for me, it looks like a general problem with the plugin. what other plugins do you have installed? maybe it is clashing with one of them…

We already know that is there but nfor people who can’t understand why all total commander plugins don’t work i thought it would be nice to have a program or more advice on how to create powerarchiver plugins. Not all plugins work for both powerarchiver and total commander. we should have a program that helps you create plugins. There should be plugin contests and a way for people to make money on plugins as some do with total commander

@Micke: Just want to clarify that what you need to have installed is a PDF Viewer on your system, but not necessarily Adobe Reader. I’ve tested this plugin with PowerArchiver 2010 11.62.04 and Foxit Reader 3.1.4 and the preview of PDF is working with this combination of plugin and PDF Viewer. Kind Regards Micke Was thinking same thing… some of use prefer Foxit as it uses less resources…good to know it works with it thanks
