I will certainly use either the email or forums here in the future. I’m not complaining about a lack of support response or anything :-).
Please realize - I posted simply to ‘question’ if the support ‘Form’ was intended to be used anymore because I didn’t get a response and because the latest version in the list was quite old. The last part in particular happens sometimes when companies switch their support model at a point in time and neglect to update older links, etc…
And I only continued to try in case you wanted to figure out why it wasn’t working. But I’m content to just move on with life :-).

Thats why I asked you to send email, please send it - it uses same support system. I want to check if that works for you.
We keep getting support emails via web form all the time, so it is weird that it does not work for you.
