PA 21.00.18 running on Windows 7 64 bit.
I made a big .PA file and thought I’d check it was made correctly with Menu / Actions / Test.
Discovered:
a) PA always issues a UAC prompt to do this!
b) PA always says there are many errors in PA files.
WinRAR 5 has a rather useful option in some cases, which is to be able to create an archive by replacing identical files with a reference to the first occurrence (hardlink) within the archive.
In case you choose to convert the file with PowerArchiver to another format, however, the resulting archive does not have all the files. It does not consider those that were present as hardlinks.
If you do a normal extraction of the RAR archive instead, even with PowerArchivier, all the files are extracted correctly.

I was looking around in PA 2021 20.10.02 and discovered an issue. When I hit close to close out of this window, nothing happens. I have to go into taskman and kill the PA application.

Hi @bigdog
Which interface is this in?
Have tried going to Clouds Tab>Clouds Icon>New Profile dropdown>Configure Clouds and can close that configuration window successfully. Have tried both Close button and X.
Is there an operation you do before the the close window will not close?
We will try to reproduce it.Thanks!

@mili I can confirm this bug in Classic Toolbar with Classic Simple skin.

thanks @brian-gregory
We have tried to reproduce this on a couple of computers and could not reproduce it.
Could you provide a couple of reproduction steps for us to try here?
And/Or screenshot and reg file to support at conexware dot com so that we can try that as well.
Once we reproduce it, in any of those method, we can log it in for fixing. Will keep trying to reproduce it here as well.
Thanks!

@mili I was able to reproduce this as well. Select the options tab, configure clouds. Now if I try to close the configure clouds menu without making any changes nothing happens. I have to open task manager to end the task to close PA.
