Solved PowerArchiver 2019 Toolbox International with Advanced Codec Pack

Hi, I have such a problem. 03.09.2020 I bought this program, I received the registration data that I entered into the application (copy and paste), the application restarted and again reported that it is not registered. I tried it several times, online and offline, I logged in to the web account, I sent the activation email again, I entered its data, but I still can’t register it. So I wrote to support and on September 3, 2020, three hours later, they sent me a screenshot that they managed to activate the program. I thought I might have something to do with windows, so I reinstalled. But that didn’t solve the problem. It cannot be activated in either version 19.00.59 or version 20.00.53. When I wrote them that I still can’t do it, I even sent it to them both in screenshots and in the video, even after reinstallation, and I even attached a dxdiag file to them, so they don’t even answer me anymore and I don’t know what to do with it :-(
It’s been a week since it was shipped.
Any suggestions please?

Hi, I’m sorry for the long pause, but I tried it on another PC, on my PC with other versions of Windows, and I figured out what the problem was. When I downloaded the 64-bit version of MSI version 19.00 build 57 PowerArchiver 2019, the program registered after installation. If I let the new versions check and install the new version 19.00 build 59, the registration will no longer work. So the problem is not in my system, but in the registration data. Since I purchased lifetime upgrades and free support, why can’t I register a version other than 57? Therefore, please correct the registration information so that I can also register the PowerArchiver 2021 RC1 build 55 version.

From 14.09.2020 no response. I paid for the program than three weeks ago and I still haven’t received a working product. I expected to have full support as a paying customer and not to wait for someone to remember me. Moreover, when it is already clear what the problem is, then I do not understand why it is so difficult to send me the correct registration data ???

As I understand it the upgrade from 2019 version to 2021 version is not normally free. -

Try not using the .msi version.
I didn’t even know they existed.
Maybe there is some weird restriction with the .msi versions. -
I tried msi the last one last time. When I download version 19 build 57, my registration will be recognized. However, when I update to version 19 build 59, he wants to register it again and does not accept registration data. And not even in version 21.

I said try NOT using the MSI version.
I really doubt a genuine with lifetime upgrades version would have only cost €19.98.

we have replied to your support query regarding the issue.
The same code you are using works fine in our tests and the newly generated codes also work.
We can generate a new code again, if needed.
We have not had any other reports from other that detail the same issues, seems to be a specific problem but we’ll do our best in assisting to solve it. -
