Powerarchiver 2016 Registration Code Not Received?



  • Haven’t as yet received the registration code for Powerarchiver 2016 via Conexware shop. I purchased Powerarchiver many years ago, and there is supposed to be a free update for PA 2016.

    My email address hasn’t changed, and the Junk folder in my email account has been checked, but I still haven’t got the updated registration code.

    I thought I received previous version updated codes almost immediately, but I may be wrong on that point.

    Should the updated codes be sent and received immediately? Or is there some problem with sending out new registration codes?

    I assume that you clicked on resend codes next to PA 2016 under your account? If so, they are sent automatically right away.

  • Yes, I clicked on the “Resend Codes” button next to PA 2016.

    Actually I have clicked on that button twice (second click about 10 minutes later when I didn’t receive anything after the first click). All this was about 3 hours ago.

    Just tried once again clicking the Resend Codes button about 10 minutes ago, but still have not (yet) received any email message?

    email us via support webform with your email so we can check the account, I assume that your email host is holding to check it for spam. I just clicked on mine and it arrived instantly. Thanks!

  • Couldn’t find mine… and totally forgot to look in the Junk folder. Duh! Thanks for the reminder. So obvious. :rolleyes:
