ZTE won't work
-
. . . on either the 64 or 32 bit machines. I keep getting an authentication error.
Adding my PW does not help.
But from within PA, I can get to my AC.
I am guessing that ZTE 2013 doesn’t play well with the upgraded (upgrading) AC server.
BTW. It also does not work the way it should within Outlook. the dialogue opens, but it does not compress it and does not send it to the attachment cloud.
-
yes… ZTE will have to get updated as well within next week or so.
-
(due to Poodle)
-
What about PAOP?
Should we just uninstall ZTE and install PAOP until then? I am about to move into a week while I will be emailing piles of papers.
-
try now, it should work until we move to new AC
-
and by then there will be new ZTE too… keep in mind that PAOP does not upload to AC, only ZTE uploads to AC.
-
. . . I thought it might work.
The only question was where PAOP would play well with 2015.
-
but ZTE should work great as well, without using AC? In any case, check AC now, it is enabled.
-
So the new server is already up?
-
-
So the new server is always up?
this is old server still, just enabled for you. Once new service goes up, it should not go down ever.
-
Wow. thanks. Will we need to do anything at this end when there is a changeover?
-
new ZTE for sure… there will also be nice web interface as well.
-
So download and install new ZTE. Obviously. Golly I am dense! It will be set up with TLS only. Right?
-
yeah, thats not a problem when it comes to servers… it is really simple.
-
I can now ZTE. But if I choose configure clouds, or go to one of my connected clouds from within PA, it will not reliably work. I think I managed to get on once or twice. But generally. Nothing. If I try multiple times, I can see multiple copied of PA Cloud running in the task manager.
Any chance it just got corrupted? Or the weekend update?
-
clouds is separate, but since thats PA 2015, open new thread and lets see what others are experiencing? I just quickly checked my dropbox and it works fine for me.
