PA 9.2 Bug: Relative folder info is NOT stored

How did you tried to add (main window, shell extensions?)?

ZIP
I opened the ZIP in PA. Then I added the files from the windows explorer to the PA main window. In the following add dialog I deselected “Save full folder info”.

Yep, thanks for the report. Awesome. When you select several folders to d&d into archive, it doesnt work properly and stores full path.

Hey, it is you that posted in the wrong thread :-). This was about storing relative info when d&d several folders into zip archive… It should work much faster as well now.

you are right
But the relative folder info still doesn’t work
I open the archive
F:\Temp\21 - Track 21.zipThen I drag&Drop the folder F:\Temp\kjlkjj with some mp3 files into the upper ZIP file
PA will store it as
Temp\kjlkjj in the main directory of the zip file and not as kjlkjj

It sure works for me - test with some deeper folder to make sure it works/doesnt work…

directories NOT OK
e.g.
I d&D the folder E:\Eigene Dateien\AquaNox2\576to an archive
E:\Eigene Dateien\AquaNox2\Savegame2.zip
the directory will be added as
AquaNox2\576and not as 576
