Question and several issues
-
I cannot get the attachment cloud to work. It does not send me an verification email. And I doing something wrong?
Two glitches with ZTE (when I use my own server):
- encryption doesn’t work. I have to use plain FTP.
- if the file name has any spaces in it (and many of mine do), the hyperlink does not work. ZTE sets up a hyperlink only to the end of the first word in the filename; so it doesn’t really work unless I truncate the name before sending.

it is probably the same problem as with PA that we fixed, so we will update in the PA.
Thanks for those bugs.
You got my email about AC, right?
-
Sorry. I didn’t get the email about AC.
I expect the encryption problem is that the same.
The hyperlink is a different problem. Not sure what to do. It is only “blue lining” (creating the hyperlink for part of the file name – so the link doesn’t work. So if my file were “Spywolf letter.pdf” at www.ab.com, then what would be hyperlinked would be www.ab.com/Spywolf.

I approved the account manually after you sent in the email few days ago…
as to that issue, we will check it out, we will start working on ZTE and then AC, next week.
-
Odd. It says I have an account, but when I put in the info in ZTE and try to use it, it says that it cannot authenticate me.
Perhaps I am just doing something wrong.
-
You must have done something, 'cause now it works.
So the file name gets cut off only if I use FTP to my own server, which AC gives a more obscure (and this secure) filename).

Problem with space in hyperlinks is something connected to your email client. Since we are just sending plain http (or ftp) link with spaces (if it includes). I tried with Outlook 2010 and it correctly recognized links and converted them to hyperlink, but probably not always a situation.
