Zipping up with folders but without root folder

  • I have a weird problem: I need to zip up a folder structure, but without including the name of the root folder.

For example, I have this structure:
    Tutorial 01
    . MyName
    . . Part a
    . . . Video a
    . . . PDF file a
    . . Part b
    . . . Video b
    . . . PDF file b
    . . Part c
    . . . Video c
    . . . PDF file c

I want to zip up the folder Tutorial 01 (main folder), so it is called Tutorial 01.zip, but only with the MyName folder and its subfolders inside. When unzipping, it should not create a folder called Tutorial 01 but it should unzip right to the MyName folder.
(This is because I need to upload that to a server where it then will be processed and added into a larger system; they require unique names for the zips but inside everything has to be directly in the MyName folder, which should not sit in a parent folder.

This was possible in previous versions, although I can’t remember what the setting was called. Now I’ve installed version 2019 and can’t find the setting anymore.
    Help please?

I think it must be this setting that needs to be unticked:
