Cloud problems with latest update
I am still having problems with PBS uploading to cloud.
But the latest update made it impossible for me to access PA Cloud at all.
Once I uninstalled and went back to version45, the cloud returned.
Unique problem? Or can others duplicate this?

I CAN upload Word files. Just not PDFs (which is what I usually send via AC)
If I compress the pdf it WILL upload to AC cloud. It just won’t upload as a PDF. Odd
can you send me the pdf via email? Maybe it is something special about it or the filename?
Apparent solution: the Windows filename did not match the PDF title of the file listed under properties. When I matched the two names, the PDF version WOULD upload.
Now that we know the source of the problem, perhaps there is a way to fix it?
