Password reset fails

I was sent a reset password by e-mail from ConexWare, but when I enter the e-mail address and password quoted in that e-mail, the system fails to login. Not sure where to go from here, so any suggestions are welcome :-)

email support at conexware . com, thats our ticket system where next available support rep will help you… is it possible that you tried it few times and are using not-current password? Or maybe pasting with white space?

I installed PA2015 yesterday, and tried logging into ConeXware’s site to get a new security code. Unfortunately, I experienced the same problem I reported last year: my username/password were not recognized, and I was not successful resetting my password.
While my username appears to be recognized (I successfully requested a password reset twice tonight), the system simply will not accept the new password(s) I specified.
Please help!

Terrymake sure you copy and paste your email from the password email you got… it is case sensitive, so maybe it is stored with few upper case letters. If not, please email support at conexware dot com with more personal info and that way we can help you right away.

The username case-sensitivity was the issue after all. Should have thought of this myself, doh.
