13.00.25 is out and it is required with new PAVD as well, so simply update both and all will be good.

those updates were supposed to go live same second, so you would download both and all would work, but staging server went got maxed out due to number of connections so it had to wait for 2-3 hrs :).

I trust someone will confirm that all works fine now? :)
