How to Extract a Rar File That Comes in Multiple Parts with powerarchiver?i’ ve tried unrar the part 1 but showup a message :insert volume that i can not understad.what can i do?

How are the parts named?
Could be .r01, r02 etc or
rar.01, rar.02 etc or
part1.rar, part2.rar etc or … ?(wish they’d pick one and stick to it ;-)
How are you trying to unrar - from explorer shell, or within PA GUI or drag & drop or … ?
Can you post link to files for checking?

this usually means you are missing one of the parts.

are you saying it works with 7zip or? Insert volume means it cant find one of the parts.

yes with 7zip and right click it works

can you send full filename of the archive?
is it filename.part1.rar?
If so, that’s common usage and it should work fine. Does it work when you open main PowerArchiver?

uhm, check if you actually have the file that PA reports as missing volume.
7-zip doesnt seem to report missing volumes, just crc error if file was in both volumes.
With PA you can click on any part and right click to extract.

is it possible as the info for what multi part files are required is stored in the first rar, to display this to ensure all files are there?
