reveived an error while trying to remove old 11.64 version. The install SW does it automatically. The error os “The Feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available” - itopen a browse field to my user account, Local aoolication\Temp\7zS54.tmp
MS unistall does not work. It get stock on the same error.
Any idea how to install the upgrade or remove the old one completely?

The problem is due to previous installation not being uninstalled properly.
You can use this installer cleanup utility provided by microsoft to clean out any previous installations and install PA properly; http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html -
Sorry, that utility from Microsoft msiccu2.exe did not help. The new installer remmembers the old dir where ver 11.64 was installed and fails with the same error at the same tmp file.
Whats next?

did you find the PA 2010 entry via that utility and delete it? If so, there is no way windows would know about installation anymore.
-
Never asked me for PA2010, nor did it showed me anything. The utility just run, said that it cleans some old files and finished.
is the utility name msicuu2.exe?
after that i tryed to run the uninstall from MS add/remove andit crashed againthis is the file it is asking for:
C:\DOCUME~1\JACKSU~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\7zS54.tmp\ -
Once you run it, it installs to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Installer Clean UpAnd then you can go to that folder and run msicuu.exe. It will display list of installation registered with Windows Installer. Search for PowerArchiver and remove it…
that should work!

YES it did, Thank you.
BTW, the installer clean up crahed at the end with some error, but it did what it suppose to do, and PA was installed and running -
awesome!
