Patchbeam problem

sometimes when trying to install pa it sayes pa process still running and i have to press retry to get it working all i did was ask it to check for updates and update

this has been fixed in newer version of patchbeam, basically we expanded the delay needed to close the app.

problem still exists it would be better if instead of asking you to retry to have an accept button instead so you dont think there is a major problem

new version will be in PA 2011, not in current PA2010.
