“Text on Menu bar and Context menu and Text under iocn in toolbar are lost when I move mouse on these item.” I also change skin to Ribbon then only menu item is affected.

Is this a “problem” with the item is highlighted?
Maybe dependent on Windows theme you are using.

P.S. are you using something like “Windows Blinds”?

I use default theme of windows 7 64 bit

I try uninstalling then reinstall again, try to install version international but the problem is still there. Please see link for image I posted

Can you please try old version 11.62 and see if it happens there:
http://dl.powerarchiver.com/2010/powarc1162.exe

That will help us see if this is something new or just a bit specific. We run several computers with Win7 64bit in the office and all looks fine.

Thanks for your old version. After I uninstall 11.63 and try to install your old version but this issue is still happen.

What other software do you have installed that could cause something like this (in your opinion, anything out of usual). What version of Win7 64bit do you have?

English version? And any other software that you might think it may influence this?
