Hi guys/girls,

we are looking for 2-3 forum mods that can delete these spammers as soon as they arrive. We try to delete them as soon as we notice them but we are here only 20 hrs a day :D.

So we need 2-3 mods just to moderate spam.

Only other option would be to moderate actual posts, which means everyone will need to wait for their posts to be approved which is no option really. We appreciate user feedback and would never do that.

not specific time, but that they login in several times per day and if they see spam, just remove it and ban spammers.

I’m here pretty regularly and often see these spammers before you guys because of the timezone I’m in…count me in if you need another set of eyes guys…:)

And would gladly give my time to keep these annoying spammers at bay.

I report plenty of them through the report function, so it would be no trouble to go that extra step. ;)

I dont mind volunteering! I check PA At home and at work during the day! as well as recently warning and red carding spammers! Give me the ability to delete them and I will be more than happy to assit!

Some posts are obvious spam, but some may be questionable and I would propose a “quarantine” rather than immediate delete - just in case. :p

Note: There is a need to monitor replies (as well as new threads) without “destroying” the existing thread.

there is easy way to simply select post and delete as spam, bam user, without affecting rest of the thread :-)

okay, so all of you + amh are now mods as well… you should be able to select any post then click on delete post as spam in moderation dropdown and it will give you easy option to delete all posts by user as well as ban him (indefintly).

this is of course to be done only with spammers :-).

Guess I’m the slow moderator…… :D All I see is the infraction/AluminumHaste button. I’ve been looking but I don’t see any options to delete a spam post. :confused:
