One issue fixed (auto backups), now onto the naming issue. I will test that next. Sometimes a fresh mind helps :cool:

Crossing fingers PA has auto started and is compressing under the file name I gave instead of default.

I said last week I felt stupid…this just justifies it. :-)

I have accomplished success. Thank you all for listening to my rants.

The solution to the 2nd issue (not doing auto backups) was the missing password under scheduling in Windows. As many times as I had entered it, I must have been doing it wrong.
