I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Drag-n-drop == extract button

Currently, dragging a file from the archive to the destination folder results in the file being extracted to windows temp folder and then copied to destination, which is much slower than when extracted with the Extract button, which extracts straight to the destination folder.
I, for one, would like to see drag-n-drop extract directly to destination as well, as that’s the method I like to use.

thats not possible, because some of the Windows operating systems do not allow this (Vista, Windows 7)
-
I’m wondering, isn’t it possible to only get the target path from drag-n-drop event and then just send it to the extraction algorithm so it would literally do the exact same thing as the Extract button?

sure, but it wont work in Vista and Windows 7.
Thats how it worked before Vista was introduced. -
That’s too bad… Otherwise it’s a great product, anyway. Thanks for the quick reply!
