Strange, I can’t reproduce it again. I had uninstalled PAO when this problem started to occur and installed it again after your request to export the settings so maybe the reinstallation helped to solve it? Or maybe I use different settings now? I don’t know, maybe the problem will appear again. Anyway, I have sent you the registry settings via support form, hope it helps.

I will try with different settings to see if it could be reproduced. If not, when it starts doing it again, let us know and send us those settings.

Well, the problem continues… Today, with exactly the setting I have sent you, another picture was removed, so I had to uninstall it again.

did you do anything different? how did you add the picture? We tried both inserting and pasting?

We got it now… it is probably due to removal of all of the default filters. We are checking it out.

I have Adobe PDF, Adobe Contribute and Send to Bluetooth plugins installed.

I have the same problem (PAOP v2.02).
I use SnagIt to send a screen dump as email.

Before sending, the emails looks ok, afterwards the picture is gone. I use HTML email’s.

Same thing happens when I past the image form the clipboard.

As attachment (image) my registry dump.

we fixed this issue in upcoming release, we need to test it out and then release it…
