Sequence of events:

I downloaded all available skins from powerarchiver.com

I install them all one by one like this:
a) Double click the PSF file
b) Say Yes when PA asks whether to install it
c) Say No when PA asks whether to use it now
d) Exit from PA

After d) PA sometimes crashes. PA seems to include some attempt at catching and recovering from crashes but it doesn’t work in this case and PA gets into a nasty loop which is difficult to get out of. I have to kill it with Windows Task Manager.

Next I experiment with using the different skins. Sometimes PA takes a very long time to change to the skins as I select them. Under Options / Select skin “Default Classic” is still ticked no matter what skin I select! Also PA’s window seems to be getting bigger as I try a few skins. In fact when I go back to my usual default Classic skin the top of the PA window is a long way up the screen and the right hand edge of PA’s window is somewhere off the right hand side of the screen.

Right I’m on 10.20.06 (10.20 RC1) now.

All skins installed without problems.

Coming out of Adrenaline skin back to Default Classic twice caused a crash which the crash catching system changes into three crashes before giving up. It won’t do it again though so I don’t know what’s happened.

Every time I choose Charisma skin the top of the PA window moves up the screen. Same with Colony and with Colony the right hand side moves to the right as well.

After selecting many skins Default Classic is still ticked under Options / Select skin until you restart PA.
