PA 2007 Beta 3 Zip conversion fails
-
When trying to convert a zip file to any format, the zip file is never extracted and an empty archive is created. This happens in all cases, either from the context menu or from within PA.
-
Conversion seems to be working for me…
Anyone else having these problems? Does extraction of this archive work from Main PA interface - Extract button?
-
Confirmed
Take any .zip file, open it, convert it to .cab, for example. When you open the .cab file, it’s empty!
The converted archives are only about 36 bytes.

Yes, regular extraction works, it’s just the conversion that’s broken.
-
i can verify it too - convert zip to cab and resulting cab archive sucks!

Thanks!
The issue should be fixed in Beta 4.
