I did contact support two (2) days ago via the web page and have had no response. That is why I came to the forums in the first place in an attempt to try and get some assistance. You also don’t list a support phone number, so at this point I am hosed!!!

You can automatically register PowerArchiver for all users on server, however, you do have to have license for remote users (which is separate issue). For more info, contact support.
