Shell Compress…7zip. Progress bar issue...

I’ve noticed that the second progress bar is not working when using 7zip and “Compress with…” or “Compress to xxx.7z”.
For zip files the second progress bar is working fine…

Works for me.
Folder containing multiple small files
Compress to “Foldername.7z” both progress bars update.Compress single file to “Filename.7z” both progress bars update.

Two different PCs… In both the same issue… For 7zip the second progress bar does not work at all!

What is the structure of files you are compressing - files/folders, how many?

I’ve made lots of tests, even with a single folder with 3 files (pdf files) the second progress bar didn’t work.
However, beta 3 was working fine in both PCs.
I think I still have a copy of beta 3. I’ll install it again and see what happens…
I’ll write here later.

Just guessing wildly - could it be a Skin problem?
Multiple PDF or Folder containing PDF - WFM with both “default” and “Green Metal” -
No… Using the default skin.
I’ve tested in folders without pdf too…

I noticed this as well. We have to find when is it happening.
There were significant updates to 7zip engine in b4, I still reccomend that you use b4, this is only minor issue.thanks,
