Registering old code with new email address

I changed my email address from my last known email that you have on record. How do I receive my new reg code at my new email address? I tried to send an email to support@powerarchiver.com but it keeps bouncing. Please help.

Not to hijack the thread but how long does it take to get a reply? I have tried once before but never got a reply as i have the same issue…. Do not remember the email i used to to purchase powerarchiver other then it was on ATTBI.com before Scamcast (comcast) took over. I had originally purchased through Atlantic Coast/SWREG (when it was a special for 6.95) on June 19th 2001 (been that long ago?)

When I had the same problem - I received a response within two hours.
After a couple of query/reply (by email) I had everything sorted next day.So in my case, it took about 24 hours in total.

your email keeps bouncing, send me your email address via PM or via support form again…

In general, we answer within 24 hrs (usually a lot sooner), rarely we dont do it over sundays or major holidays :-).
