Wrong trayicon progress display

I compress a 2.7Gb File

in the normal compression window it shows e.g.

78% progress status

if I minimize the window to tray, the trayicon tooltip remains to 0% !!

I’ve just tried compressing some avi files (350MB) with both 7z and CAB - both indicated progress (tray icon and tooltip) OK.

What format were you using.
Maybe related to filesize (eg 2GB limit again) ?
Don’t have file/disk space to try at the moment.

I used ZIP

Confirmed with Zip compression of avi file (350MB).
The tray icon “fills up” indicating progress, but the tooltip always reports 0%

Edit: I did get the “balloon pop-up” on completion.
