Missing Icons

I am receiving an error upon execution of a self-extracting archive. The zipped file uncompresses properly, but when I create a self-extractor, I get “Error in directory”. Any help?

Try to repair the ZIP file.You can find it under Menu"Tools"

Anonther option is to create the archive again.

if the tested archive is on. using the test feature in pa then can you post the zip here for us to test what system are you using and version of pa

Thanks, the archive extracts and has no problem files, if I leave it in .zip format. It is when I create a .exe (self extractor) that it gives the error. I have re-created the entire archive from a known good (but different) folder of the data and re-tried the .exe creation with identical results.

winxp & win2k both same result… pa v6.11.0…(free, because academia has low, low budget)

Unfortunatly, it is an 4 year old version of PowerArchiver afterall :-)
