download the latest version of Nero BurningRom:
ftp://ftp7.us.nero.com/nero6606.exe

then try to extract it with PA via context menu: you’ll have no options to extract.

that exe is a RAR sfx file, compressed by 70%…you can see that using WinRAR, for example. and wr can extract it via its context menu.

open the exe with PowerArchiver, click Properties, and you’ll see PA can’t recognize the type of file, showing 0% compression.

however, when you have opened it with PA, you’ll be able to extract it.

this is a bug…isn’t it?

yes, this time I have that option checked! :p yet, PA doesn’t recognize the file as an sfx one…let me know!

yes its an issue but it is down to the way pa handle the unrar.dll and that really is a winrar fault as they upadte their format quicker than their unrar.dll
