My user control panel for attachments shows that I am using 246.1kB in 11 files.
ToolTip on manage attachment window for Maximum attachment shows 976kB.

However, I am unable to add a new attachment - no error message, just nothing added.
By deleting one (so only 10 files) I can add 1 one.

Is there a limit of 11 files as well as maximum storage limit?

I got the same problem and when reading the forum there are more people with this issue.

The only way i get it done was by placing a link to a picture on the net. Then the picture will be vissible under the comment of the person.
It can give some troubles when the picture are very large.

The problem has nothing to do with filesize.
The Tooltip I referred to (976kB) is free/available space!

The restriction is appears to be the number of attachments ( no more than 11 ).

I had the problem trying to attach a 34kB screenshot (png format).

I have changed the setting so more attachments would be allowed, it was actually size based restriction not number of files.

I thought I had 976kB available?
