Hello!
I can confirm huge menu items for long filenames. What about massive gaps? Can you make a screen shot?

Hello, please see attached image. It’s only really been like this since I upgraded to the latest version.
PowerArchiver version 9.10.06
Windows XP Service Pack 2
‘View’ options are set to ‘large Icons’ and ‘Explorer Style’.PS: The thread title is a mistake, I guess I had ‘big’ on the brain when I wrote it, the huge menu is there whether the files are large or small!

Hi,
right click menu is enlarged because you have set large icons. For instance, if you check Open With> in that menu you will see that icons there are large as well, same as in file list screen and space between entries corresponds to the size of large icons.
thanks,

But that should just control the icon size in the window? Also there aren’t any icons in the menu, so why adjust the spacing in the menu?

Icons are on Open With menu, which is why that whole menu is adjusted automatically. We could make it so it uses small icons ALWAYS but it does make more sense for it to use large icons if you want to use large icons in general.

How about a separate setting so they can be configured independently of each other.

tooo many options already :-). We have to think of way to reduce them somehow, even while adding new features, because for an normal user, option menu is way too overwhelming as it is.
We could set it always to be small icons in right click menu, same as what Windows Explorer does…
