Unsolved what to do if the support doesnt answer since weeks?

The support doesn’t answer my email about a license question for weeks, because despite a lifetime license Powerarchiver refuses some functions

Hello @Mili I also send message to your support from my email. I sent it August 16, no answer so far. My problem is that your system doesn’t let me log in, even I asked reset password and change it and make sure that I write new one correctly, because I use Bitwarden, there isn’t possibility to typo it.
E: I sent it from same email which I have here too.

I have faced the login problem once. I also use a password manager. What I did was reset the password to 10 characters, no special characters. It had fixed the problem for me.

Thank you, this solved my problem. I’m disappointed that @spwolf or @Mili never answered to me. I’m still loyal PA user and will use it at future.
