Near the end of manually installing this over 17.00.92, it said it would restart the programs it has stopped to allow the upgrade. However, it did not seem to restart PASTARTER. The same happened on both my PCs. They run 64 bit Windows 7. I have PA’s Queue disabled.

@brian-gregory if it is PA Queue is disabled, then it should not start anyway. Thanks!

@spwolf But the option to have PASTARTER present even when queue is disabled exists in PA and I use it that way.

seems like Inno setup issue… we will check it out for 2018. Keep in mind that usually we use patchbeam these days so it wont do that.
