Hi, Using Outlook 2010, yes latest PAOP.
did this happen first time you installed PAOP or after a while? Are there any other plugins installed before/after this started happening?
-
Yes after PAOP was installed. There are other plugins.

can you please send us a screenshot of list of your addins that are loaded by Outlook 2010, and we will check if we can reproduce with same ones… you can post it here or send it over to support at conexware dot com if you want to keep it private.
thanks!

Ah, so you cant run PAOP and ZTE together… they do the same thing. ZTE is for when you want independent compression for Outlook and shell, without PowerArchiver installed and PAOP is when you already have PA installed.
