Extract error msg
-
I’m getting an odd msg when trying to exact some .iso’s
But its only some ISO’s and I know the ISO is good
plenty of drive space account type administrator
File not read only
using the latest version of powerarchiver
The only thing might be is I’m on XP and the person that made the file might be on Vista
is there a way around this error or something to make it extract

@PowerAngel:
plenty of drive space account type administrator
More than double the extraction size (thinking of temporary usage as well) ?
@PowerAngel:
using the latest version of powerarchiver
11.00.55 - Correct?

Vista/XP shouldn’t matter (assuming not 64 bit) but what tool was used to create iso?
Note: This should be in PowerArchiver Support forum - not PACL :p

1. You are using PA 2007 (old version).
2. Where are you extracting files to? What folder?thanks

1. What is the exact foldername?
2. Again, you are not using the latest PA. Version 11.00.55 was released few days ago. Your update is set to check only for official versions. -
Just to clarify
@PowerAngel:I am using 10.22.02 2007
As Spwolf mentioned we now have (beta) PowerArchiver 2009 see http://www.powerarchiver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3149
@PowerAngel:

There may be a problem creating file (or folder) which needs “special” characters e.g. Unicode. That is why spwolf is asking for the EXACT name(s).

I upgraded to the 2009 Version … Odd I thought that would cost something cause I was not sure of up grade policy but it was free
But same result and the folder name is family pics.iso
