Access Violation trying to delete some files
-
i moved this issue to its own thread…
-
I’ve also tried version 10.10.10. Now the error reported for the violation is at address: 0080F190.
-
We couldn’t reproduce this error without this specific ZIP. If you ever want to send us privatly this specific ZIP we can agree special ftp account for you but until then, nothing will be changed - probably for 10.2.
-
we need to be able to reproduce it, without that, we can not fix the issue. So please find a way to send it over to us or create example file that also gives an AV…
thanks

Ok, I’m quite near to produce a “safe” test file. You have to know, as previously said, that the file which I used for test has inside a lot of sensitive data. Now I’m trying to manipulate it for deleting the data but keeping the structure. The file that now I have has the same problem but I have to purge more details before I can send it to you. The file in every case will be not published to everyone but only sent to you as confidential data. I hope to produce the test file before weekend.

sounds good, send it over to support via support form so it is not posted on the forums… thanks!
-
Ok, I’ve to open a support ticket and wait for the ftp details (as Ivan said)? I’ve seen the support form but I can’t find where upload a file…
-
just send us support question via support form and we will give you more info from there…
thanks,
