because you purchase license, not CD.
Every license is specific to the person who actually purchase it.If it was sold in stores, you could sell it like that, but then it wouldnt come with free lifetime upgrades either.
Once in a while someone sends us an email that they want to give their copy away to a friend or so, and so far we have always complied, but I am not sure if we would have done so if we got 100 requests per day :-).

Wrong way round - the request would have to be made by the license holder.

Spend the $20 and get your own license. It comes with lifetime updates & upgrades, worth the $20.

But for me it were 20€! That’s more than 20 dollars!

its english only… so you dont get any of the translations… but everything else is the same…

Why is this stupid? IF you need a program with more translations, it requires more work, increase in cost. If you only need one translation, the cost is decreased.

I only want ONE translation, but not English!
