Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)
I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Disk Images and ShellExt bug

Hello all! I think it would be good if PowerArchiver can open ISO CD images, floppy images, like WinRAR do. And need to correct ShellExtensinons. I have selected which menu items to display in context menu, but it seems like PowerArchiver still displaying default items, not these I selected.

Hi!
I support your wish! ;)
Also it would be nice if PA can WRITE ISO files (not read-only, like WinRAR)
Thanks! -
Hello NTFS. It is quite stupid that we can’t speak here in ukrainian or russian, respecting forum rules :-/ :-) can you send me translation SDK for PA? I have mailed them, but there is no reply for long time. And why your ukrainian translation isn’t on download page?

…why your ukrainian translation isn’t on download page?
Hello Viruz,
It was there, but they found some bugs in 9.2 final and removed it and other final releases…
It will be there on ~Monday…
thanks, -

Some more information about this?
It works fine for me.What version of PA?
Which options have you selected/unselected?
(Screenshot might help).
Are you using Windows Explorer or a shell/extension?
Which version of Windows?
If releveant, are you logged in as user or administrator? -
Hello TBGBe! I have 9.01 version. Installed on Windows 98, w2k, XP. The same. No matter what options I select, after closing dialogbox with options, and closing PA, in Windows Explorer’s context menu are default items. But when I install PA over old installation, with same version, all works fine.

Well, 9.01 is an old version - current release is 9.11 and there is a 9.20 beta.
Did you re-boot the PC after installing PA and before trying these options? The shell dll needs a Windows reboot to be updated.
Are you sure that you do not have a Windows Explorer screen open when making the selections?
Note: I have also used PA on Win98, Win2k and WinXP but I never had this problem after rebooting - unless an explorer window was open at the time I made the configuration choices.
