Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)
I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Context menu "extract to.." should reachable easier
-
In context menu clicking “extract to…” under the submenu of “extract to” (that two menu item is different, look “…”). I think “extract to…” should be clickable just like “extract here”. Interaction with submenu is time and enery waste. Only m.r.u’s go under to submenu or “extract to” should be directly clickable without going the submenu just like Winrar.

You can pull it out of submenu by editing the option.
On a related note, the window that pops out after selecting “extract to…” is resizable, but the size is not remembered. This should be remembered.
The same window can be launched from the PowerArchiver menu. The size of this window is remembered.

Could you tell me where is that option. In shell extensions options I couldn’t see such a option.
-
You can go to Options>Configuration>Shell Extensions and edit that option

There’s only “extract to…” and it has submenu I need “extract to” on the context menu directly. “extract to” is submenu of “extract to…” and on Shell Extensions menu no “extract to” item.
-
There’s only “extrac to…” and it has submenu I need “extrac to” on the context menu directly. “extrac to” is submenu of “extrac to…” and on Shell Extensions menu no “extrac to” item.
yes, you can not do currently what you want - put extract/compress with options outside of submenu, it was designed that way when MRU’s were added so there would be less clutter in shell extensions.
-
I think Mru submenu should be seperate or the better “extract to…” clickable directly on main context menu and has mru submenu

I also noticed this, and I agree.

Sorry for bumping, this really bugs me. Too small for a tree display. It shouldn’t be that difficult to implement, should it?
