Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)
I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Modification of the PA Self Extractor

It would be nice if the PA Self Extractor could be modified just a bit.
Display a custom MessageBox BEFORE & AFTER extraction. You can either have a simple MessageBox telling you that extraction will begin, or there could be a Yes/No MessageBox,
so the user can cancel. A license agreement would also be nice. It’s similar to WinZip Self Extractor 2.2, but it only supports ZIP files!
This would be a nice additon to PA 9.1, wouldn’t it?
Any comments/questions would be highly appreciated!

In PA : Tools SFX Wizard
MessageBox telling you that extraction will begin, or there could be a Yes/No MessageBox, so the user can cancel.
The options screen gives “Do not prompt before extracting”
If this is NOT checked, then there is a prompt/cancel option.A license agreement would also be nice.
The dialog (see above) also includes a link “Legal” - this opens a file (suk.html) which begins:
“PowerArchiver SFX (self-extracting) archives are not protected by any legal warranty…” -
It would be even better if you could have your OWN custom dialog box and license texts!
To get a better idea of what I’m saying, install WinZip Self Extractor 2.2 (download from
the WinZip site, of course).
