I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.
Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption
Switching from classic to explorer view should be faster

Actually PA reads the entire archive again, when switching from classic to explorer view or vice versa.
All information should be already in memory without reading the archive again. It is slow for 35000 files over WLAN ;-)Please!

the speed is dependent on your system and it has to calculate what to display rather than rushing out with garbage like some other programs can do sometime
