<![CDATA[Powerarchiver Backup Express Lite]]>I have a backup script that I run every evening and so far I have never ever had a problem.

Today I Installed the latest build PowerArchiver 9.20.07 and now my backup no longer works.

It gets as far as preparing files to compress then shuts down with an error.

PowerArchiver 2004 has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thinking that maybe my backup had somehow become corrupted I made a new one. But this resulted in the same error.

Have gone back to PA 9.11.01 and everything works again.

Help would be appreciated as I do like to keep on top of my backups.

All security updates
512MB of RAM
NVidia GeForce4 440 Go64MB
4-M CPU 2.00GHz

Comprising folders only and all was fine. Comprising files only, again all was fine. But make a script comprising folders and files and PA exits.

Far too many to name and as for sizes I would be here forever.

Logged in as administrator.

Further testing shows that if I create a backup consisting only of folders everything works as it should. However if I add a single file then PA crashes.

There were quite few changes behind the scenes for 9.2, which is why it was in beta testing for an month and nobody reported anything such as that so please send us that pbs so we can test it out.
